About this course
This 60-minute PD booster unpacks the multifaceted nature of evidence-based practice and how it can be applied to support best practice in day-to-day therapy. You’ll develop your ability to locate and appraise research evidence, considering it as one part of the broader five-component framework. You’ll also receive a resource pack filled with practical tools and strategies to help you confidently implement EBP in your everyday clinical decision-making.

Hi, I'm Danni and I have been working at Kid Link OT since 2017! I am an extremely passionate OT with interests in mental health (specifically anxiety disorders), parent coaching, co-regulation and executive functioning. I hold a caseload of children between the ages of 4 and 15. In addition to my clinical work I develop and present webinars and in-person presentations, run a weekly parent coaching group, supervise internal and external OT's and facilitate this online community! I am excited to meet you all!

Hi, I’m Josh, and I’ve been at Kid Link since 2020. As an OT I value collaboration, and creating a safe space for my clients to share their thoughts and work towards achieving outcomes meaningful to them. My key interest areas include Mental health, collaboration with schools to support funding applications and assist schools to understand their students needs, executive functioning, and collaborating with a child on their own social goals. I currently hold a caseload of children between the age of 5 and 18. In addition to my clinical work, I develop and present webinars and in-person presentations, supervise internal and external OT’s, and lead Kid Link’s school consulting service.
