I joined the team in 2017 after graduating from Monash University… Hi, I’m Caitlyn, the Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist at Kid Link OT. I joined the team in 2017 after graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). I’m an endorsed mental health practitioner (BAMH) and balance leadership responsibilities with a clinical caseload supporting children and teens aged 4–18. I’m passionate about working with teens, supporting mental health, and navigating complex presentations. I play a key role in overseeing service delivery improvements, supervision, and professional development across the team. I have extensive experience delivering education to allied health clinicians, families, and schools on a range of practice areas and can't wait to connect with you.

I am an extremely passionate OT with interests in mental health (specifically anxiety disorders)… Hi, I'm Danni and I have been working at Kid Link OT since 2017! I am an extremely passionate OT with interests in mental health (specifically anxiety disorders), parent coaching, co-regulation and executive functioning. I hold a caseload of children between the ages of 4 and 15. In addition to my clinical work I develop and present webinars and in-person presentations, run a weekly parent coaching group, supervise internal and external OT's and facilitate this online community! I am excited to meet you all!

I have a keen interest in supporting families with goals relating to regulation… Hi there, I'm Caitlin and I have been working at Kid Link OT since 2017. Since working for Kid Link, I have developed a keen interest in supporting families to address goals relating to their child's regulation, executive functioning and mental health. Additionally, I am particularly passionate about increasing the capacity and confidence of parents/ carers and their support network in addressing their OT goals through education and coaching. I currently hold a caseload of children aged between 3 and 18. In addition to this, I regularly develop and facilitate webinars and in-person workshops and presentations, and supervise internal and external OT's. I look forward to meeting you through our community here!

I have been an OT for 16 years and love supporting my team in providing exceptional therapy and training that is up to date and demonstrates best practice. I am passionate about creating a culture of growth and learning, and I am particularly interested in mental health, school inclusion, social participation, and supporting parents in understanding and navigating challenging behaviors. I currently provide clinical supervision to my senior team, offer business mentoring to other business owners, and consult for organisations on various projects that support inclusion. I love connecting with new OTs who are passionate about the work we do.

Hi, I’m Josh, and I’ve been at Kid Link since 2019. I value collaboration and creating a safe space for clients to work toward meaningful outcomes… Hi, I’m Josh, and I’ve been at Kid Link since 2019. As an OT I value collaboration, and creating a safe space for my clients to share their thoughts and work towards achieving outcomes meaningful to them. My key interest areas include Mental health, collaboration with schools to support funding applications and assist schools to understand their students needs, executive functioning, and collaborating with a child on their own social goals. I currently hold a caseload of children between the age of 5 and 18. In addition to my clinical work, I develop and present webinars and in-person presentations, supervise internal and external OT’s, and lead Kid Link’s school consulting service and student programs. Hi, I’m Mikayla, a senior occupational therapist at Kid Link OT. I strive to take a strength-based, evidence-informed approach… Hi, I’m Mikayla, a senior occupational therapist at Kid Link OT. I strive to take a strength based, evidence informed approach, tailoring therapy to each child and family’s needs, interests, and skill levels. I have a strong interest in mental health and a passion for sleep, feeding, and handwriting goals (all the practical stuff!). In my senior role, I oversee individual therapy streams, support service provision and reporting, and facilitate supervision for internal and external OTs, helping clinicians deliver high-quality, meaningful therapy. I’m endorsed by OT Australia to practice within the Medicare Better Access to Mental Health program and am committed to making therapy fun and functional, ensuring skills learned in sessions transfer to the home to maximise outcomes.
